The successful Maintenance and Hot Tub Assistant will:
* Assist the maintenance team with the upkeep of company buildings and guest accommodation.
* Respond to and complete maintenance requests from guests on site.
* Assist in the completion of any renovation projects or redecoration.
* Complete any planned daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
* Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of all hot tubs on changeover days.
* Assist with grass cutting, strimming, edging, weeding borders, and clearing pathways.
Minimum Requirements:
* Right to live and work in the UK.
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use of site buggies/vehicles.
Desired Criteria:
* Previous maintenance experience is an advantage.
We are looking for a Maintenance and Hot Tub Assistant to join our team at Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat in Cockermouth, Cumbria. This is a permanent position to work full-time hours, 40 hours across 5 various days which will include weekends and bank holidays. Shift times will vary and can be any of the following: 8am - 4:30pm, 9am - 5:30pm, 10am - 6:30pm, or 12:30pm - 9pm. On-call will be required on a rota basis. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.
Hourly rate of £11.44!
