Description:
* Coordinator / Liaison onboard vessel responsible for managing all welfare onboard the Jack Up Vessel
* Main point of Contact for MCC. Coordination of relevant vessel activities e.g. guard vessel.
* Coordination of day-to-day activities with all contractors.
* Prepare daily work plans for all lifting operations with contractors and JUV.
* Logistics coordination and management, including manifesting all materials to and from the onshore base in the UK and Haugesund, Norway.
* Dangerous Goods Management
* Point of contact for the PSV, GV, and Support Vessels for all offshore works.
* Reviewing and contributing to project documents like CPP, ERP, platform inductions, and contractors' RAMS where necessary.
* ATW management and review and sign-off of contractors' documents.
* Planning with vessel, cable, substation & fabrication stakeholders, commissioning teams, and other contractors to ensure work proceeds on schedule.
* Manage offshore works after JUV departure and during SOV use.
* Plan offshore service works.
* Conduct LMRA (Last Minute Risk Assessments) prior to ongoing works as needed.
* Send DPR to platform manager daily.
* Attend daily meetings both onshore and offshore before work begins.
* Assist with commissioning activities onshore and offshore.
* Ensure compliance with regulations including CDM and company procedures.
* Point of contact for incident reporting during hook-up phase and serve as Emergency Coordinator.
Requirements:
* Full UK Working Rights - Must be based in the UK due to urgency
* Experience in Offshore Substation Installation / Commissioning
* Full GWO certifications (Enhanced First Aid)
* NEBOSH qualification
* Offshore Medical & Chester Step test
* HUET & CA-EBS training
* Bi-deltoid Measurements
