What You’ll Be Doing
As an SAP Quality Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Resolving SAP incidents related to Quality Management solutions.
* Managing requirements analysis by understanding change requests from end users and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure clarity and documentation.
* Overseeing the development of functional specifications for SAP Quality Management configurations, working closely with internal and external partners during the build and testing phases.
* Collaborating with functional consultants and developers on larger projects to deliver impactful changes.
* Producing high-quality documentation, including functional specifications and reviewing project documents.
* Engaging with your user community to build strong partnerships.
* Acting as the data quality custodian.
Your Skills and Experiences
Essential:
* Extensive experience in SAP Quality Management and the application of its principles (ECC or S/4).
* Proven track record of delivering multiple SAP project lifecycles in a Lead/Senior Technical/Consultant role, preferably in complex regulated environments.
* Ability to produce high-quality functional specifications and confidently discuss changes with team members and the wider IT community.
* Understanding of key ITIL processes.
* Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications in the Quality Management area.
Desirable:
* Completion of SAP QM courses (e.g., S44100 Implementing SAP S/4HANA Quality Management).
* Technical experience, such as debugging and a basic understanding of ABAP, is beneficial.

The SAP ERP Team
By joining our team, you will support approximately 15,000 EE and 14,000 SAP users. Our immediate team consists of SAP Functional support and subject matter experts across various SAP modules. We ensure that incidents and service requests are handled promptly, and we have an exciting roadmap of projects to enhance our capabilities in the coming years. Relocation support packages are available for all Submarines roles, subject to eligibility criteria.
