Job Purpose
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Finance and Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transactional finance, T&S amongst other office admin tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
* CRM data input and cleansing
* Travel and Subsistence arrangements and monitoring
* Site report analysis & working permit renewals
* Sales pack preparation for weekly meetings
* Ad-Hoc duties as required by member of the HQ team
Person Specification
Essential:
* Keen eye for data and accuracy
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
Desirable:
* AAT qualification or studying towards CIMA, ACCA or ACA
Skills and Attributes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Qualifications & Experience
* Prior experience working within a finance function
* 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of Sage50 would be advantageous
Working Hours
* 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
