About the Role
Weareseekingahighlyexperiencedanddetail-orientedWorkdayTestLeadtojoinourteamandplayapivotalroleinthesuccessfuldeliveryofourWorkdayImplementationProgrammeandongoingtestingoffuturereleases.

Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning
* Defineandowntheend-to-endteststrategyfortheWorkdayimplementationandfurtherproject / programmeimplementationspostWorkday.
* BuildinganddeliveringteststrategiesonAgile,WaterfallandVendor / Partnerdeliverymodels
* Developandmaintaincomprehensivetestplans,schedules,andresourceforecastsalignedwithprogrammemilestones.
Test Execution & Management
* LeadallphasesoftestingincludingUnit,SystemIntegrationTesting(SIT),UserAcceptanceTesting(UAT),Regression,andEnd-to-Endtesting.
* Ensuretraceabilityofrequirementsthroughtestcasesandresults.
* Overseetestdatapreparationandenvironmentreadiness.
* Determinetestexecutionfollowingfuturereleases.
Test Automation
* Identifyopportunitiesforautomationacrossthetestinglifecycle.
* Designandimplementautomatedtestscriptsusingappropriatetools(e.g.,Workday-specificautomationframeworks).
* Maintainandenhancetheautomationtestsuiteforreusabilityandscalability.
Team Leadership
* Manageandmentorateamoftesters(internaland / orexternal),fosteringahigh-performanceculture.
* Assigntasks,monitorprogress,andensuretimelydeliveryoftestingactivities.
* Plan,adviseandguidetesters,stakeholdersandteammemberstoundertaketesting,assignresources,co-ordinatesuppliers,toensurealltestingiscarriedoutinasupportiveandinformedmanner.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Actastheprimarypointofcontactforalltesting-relatedmatters.
* Collaboratewithbusinessanalysts,developers,Workdayconsultants,andbusinessstakeholderstoensurealignmentandquality.
* Advise,guideandtraincolleagueshowtoconducttestingwhererequired
Defect & Risk Management
* Overseeandreportondefectlifecyclemanagement,ensuringtimelytriage,resolution,andretestingtoavarietyofstakeholders.
* Proactivelyidentifyrisksandissues,andimplementmitigationstrategies.
* Proactivelyidentifysolutionstodefectswherepossibleandbyworkingwithteammembers.
Reporting & Governance

Skills & Experience Required
* MusthaveexperienceasaWorkdayTestLeadonlarge-scaleWorkdayimplementationprogramme.
* StrongunderstandingofWorkdaymodules(e.g.,HCM,Payroll,Finance)andassociatedbusinessprocesses.
* Demonstratedexperienceintestautomation,includingframeworkdesignandscriptdevelopment
* Proficiencywithtestmanagementandautomationtools(e.g.,JIRA,HPALM,Selenium,WorkdayAutomationTools).
* Experienceinprofessionalservicesorsimilarfast-paced,client-focusedenvironments.
