A well-regarded Middlesbrough law firm is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor (1 PQE+) to join its busy and supportive Family team. This is a proper “good quality work, good people, and a steady flow of instructions” role – ideal if you want to build on your experience in a stable environment with strong local reputation.
The role
You’ll run your own caseload of private family matters, with support where needed, including:
1. Divorce and separation
2. Financial remedy and settlements
3. Private children matters
4. Cohabitation disputes
5. Non-molestation and occupation orders
What they’re looking for
6. 1 PQE+ with private family experience (or equivalent fee-earning experience)
7. Confident managing files with appropriate supervision
8. Strong client care and a calm, practical approach
9. Comfortable working to deadlines and juggling a busy caseload
10. Resolution membership is a plus (not essential)
