As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within our product organization, you will partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
* Collaborate with the Product Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies, boost timelines, execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
* Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
* Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
* Analyse, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
* Write product requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
* Support end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, testing, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience or equivalent expertise in product management & delivery or a relevant domain including discovery, requirements definition, with operational and change readiness exposure.
* Experience in product deployment processes and release management in an agile environment with working knowledge of Jira/Jira Algin and Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
* Developing data literacy with the ability to interpret dashboards, define measurable outcomes, and track product KPIs across the lifecycle.
* Hands–on experience using AI tools to draft/refine requirements, summarize research and propose test scenarios, validate outputs in line with firm’s policies.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior executives.
