My client, a well-established and respected main dealer in Eastbourne, is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join their friendly, high-performing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in the automotive sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
Welcoming and assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
Guiding customers through the sales process, including finance options and paperwork
Offering test drives and building rapport with both new and returning customers
Meeting individual and team sales targets within a collaborative culture
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent customer service throughoutWhat We're Looking For:
A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
A positive attitude and willingness to learn-car sales experience is not essential
Excellent organisational and time management skills
A team player with a passion for delivering great service
