TML Recruitment are partnering with a leading client to recruit a Graduate Surveyor within General Practice Professional Services. This role offers exposure across lease advisory, valuation, and related disciplines, providing a strong foundation for a career in property consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with valuations across commercial and residential property portfolios
Support lease advisory projects, including rent reviews and lease renewals
Prepare Red Book-compliant reports and contribute to professional advisory work
Collaborate with senior surveyors and partners on client projects
Engage directly with clients, building strong professional relationships
Contribute to structured training and development programmes, including APC support
Candidate Profile
Recent graduate or fresh graduate in Real Estate or related discipline
Strong analytical and communication skills
Keen interest in property consultancy and professional services
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Motivated to pursue APC qualification with full support provided
