We are seeing an experience Account Executive to support the business in growing and developing new business, whilst support existing customers. They deal with a range of clients and you will be supported with warm leads and some existing business to hit the ground running.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
* Develop new clients through prospecting and business development.
* Attend client meetings where required.
* Provide a detailed and accurate service to clients when fact finding, giving guidance and support to them to understand the levels of covered required for their business.
* Maintain high compliance standards at all times.
* Manage existing clients, renewals, and mid-term adjustments with precision and care.
✅ What We're Looking For
* Experience within Commercial Insurance, as an Account Executive or similar.
* Strong sales ability, ideally with knowledge of the insurance market with a client-first attitude.
* A hard working approach with good work ethics and a driven attitude
* Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively within a team.
* Professional, proactive, and committed to continuous development.
