Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a Temporary Chef in Perth!
When: 25th June to 8th July
Shift times: 7am/8am to 4pm
Location: Perth
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook meals according to company recipes and menus (breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas, etc.).
* Ensure food is prepared efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.
* Handle fresh ingredients with care, following portion and presentation standards.
* Follow all health and safety, food hygiene, and allergen regulations.
* Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks.
* Follow company policies including COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
* Put away all stock deliveries.
Requirements:
* Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above preferred).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with good communication skills.
