Collaborate with the Creative Lead to create a digital strategy aligned with business goals.
Promote products and events, enhancing customer experience across all brands.
Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google and Meta).
Maximise website lead generation and update content via CMS.
Create new content like blogs, articles, and product updates.
Ensure brands shine on digital platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn) with SEO-optimised content.
Track digital performance and provide insights using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Analyse data to improve campaigns and ROI.
Conduct market research to identify trends and drive brand growth.

As Marketing Lead you will need to have proven experience delivering engaging B2B and B2C campaigns that get results.
Experience creating marketing content across multiple brands.
Skilled in lead generation and CRM.
Expert knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta).
Familiar with WordPress and keeping websites fresh.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay on top of deadlines.
Clean driving license and the ability to travel for UK & DE exhibitions and retailer visits (sometimes on weekends).
Ability to analyse data and make smart, informed decisions.
Web development skills (HTML, PHP, CSS)
