Were looking for an organised and commercially minded Contracts Manager to join a growing tech business that supports the healthcare sector. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office in Lincolnshire at least two days a week, so youll need to be within a reasonable commute.
Youll be the go-to person for anything contract-related - making sure agreements with clients are clear, compliant, and work well for both sides. Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing and negotiating both supplier and customer contracts
* Acting as the primary contact for contract and procurement queries from internal teams and external partners
* Ensuring compliance with NHS frameworks, healthcare regulations, and internal procurement policies
* Developing and optimising procurement and contract lifecycle strategies to support safe, cost-effective healthcare technology solutions
Skills:
* Procurement & contract management experience (healthcare/public sector/tech); NHS frameworks
* Experience in negotiation, drafting contracts and risk management
* Working knowledge of GDPR, ISO standards, and NHS Digital requirements
* Excellent English and Numeracy skills
* Confident negotiating and communicating with different teams
* Can manage your own workload and meet deadlines
* Great attention to detail
