Job Description
* Review completed repairs and maintenance works to ensure accurate valuation using Schedule of Rates (SOR) mechanisms across Stratford and Greater London contracts.
* Produce commercial reports, cost analysis and performance summaries to support Commercial Managers and operational teams.
* Manage subcontractor applications, verify costs and ensure accurate financial control within responsive maintenance projects.
* Support month‑end processes including purchase orders, cost capture and commercial forecasting for housing maintenance contracts.
* Liaise with operational teams, finance departments and supply chain partners to resolve commercial queries and improve contract performance across London‑based projects.
Skills / Qualifications
* Experienced Commercial Analyst background within responsive maintenance, housing repairs or construction contracting environments.
* Strong Schedule of Rates (SOR) knowledge with the ability to accurately value works and identify commercial opportunities.
* Advanced Excel and reporting skills with experience producing detailed commercial analysis and performance reporting.
* Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across operational and finance teams.
* Highly organised and detail‑focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
