Job Title: Deputy Headteacher
Location: Longdon Parkway, Brunston, DE14 2WD
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum dependant on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri 8.00-16.00 Wed 8.00-17.00)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to join our team at Longdon Parkway - Brunston, DE14 2WD.
About Us
Longdon Parkway, an extension of Longdon Park School, is a purpose-built vocational centre offering pathways for pupils with Autism and/or social communication, sensory, emotional, and mental health needs. It primarily caters to KS4 and KS5 students, extending the Longdon Park curriculum with vocational courses to facilitate future employment or education.
Options Autism has provided care and education to individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties for over 16 years. As part of Outcomes First Group, we lead in innovative approaches that deliver measurable outcomes for those in our care. The Opportunity
The Deputy Headteacher will provide leadership and management to ensure the school meets its aims, operates within guidelines, and achieves excellent outcomes for students, ensuring a safe environment for pupils and staff. Responsibilities include strategic planning, school improvement, statutory compliance, staff engagement, and financial management to support growth and excellence.

* Previous leadership experience in SEN
* UK QTS qualification
