You must be an experienced section chef / CDP or higher level up to Sous Chef, and be able to follow tight specs, have previous experience working with high-volume and have good basic food safety knowledge.
Availability for evenings and weekends.

About the Job:
1. Taking ownership of your allocated section, including prepping, cooking, and plating dishes according to company specifications.
2. Maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and storage.
3. Participating in cost reduction, resource management, and portion control.
4. Adhering to Barons’ Food Safety and Health & Safety policies, contributing to a safe working environment.
5. Communicating effectively with Kitchen and Front of House teams.
6. Working with the Head Chef to ensure the site operates professionally, profitably, efficiently, and in compliance with standards.
