Your role:
At Norley Hall Adventure Playground we work with all ages of children and young people from 0-18. Working as part of a team you will lead sessions both at our adventure playground and in the community, you will empower young people and families by using an asset- based approach and having ‘different conversations’ to tackle some of the complex issues that affect children and young people today.
Based at our Adventure Playground in Norley Hall, you will plan, prepare and facilitate a programme of activity and engagement for children, young people and the wider community.
About you:
Previous experience in a community play or youth setting. Experience of co-ordinating a wide range of play services/facilities. Experience of working with young people and families to provide support and intervention to those at risk. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative an as part of a team. Significant knowledge of safeguarding practice.
