What You’ll Be Doing
* Building excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers to understand and meet their needs.
* Maximising customer interactions to support sales and profit targets through upselling and cross‑selling relevant products, offering specific product advice.
* Getting to know suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.
* Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
* Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.
* Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels.
* Supporting all company initiatives.
