CSS are looking for an experienced Production Assistant with IT skills to join our clients team based in Witham.
Working Hours
1. Monday - Friday
2. 8am - 5pm
3. 1 hour lunch break
Duties To Include
4. Assist with coordinating the planning of production on site with the plant production team
5. Ensure all production records are kept up to date including cleaning records
6. Ensure personnel records and rotas are kept up to date including updating the T&A system
7. Completing weekly and monthly meter readings and stock reports
8. Coordinating the ordering of safety and chemical supplies
9. Coordinating customer blend processing and ensuring blends are updated on AX in a timely fashion
10. Liaising with all site staff to update and maintain risk assessments and plant procedures
11. Coordinating the close out of customer audit corrective actions
12. Liaising with all site staff to update and maintain COSHH assessments
13. Assisting in the maintenance of ISO 18001, 14001 and 9001 standards
14. Coordinating the training activities for all plant production employees
15. Assisting the plant production team with general site operational activities
Successful Candidate Will Have
16. Prior administration experience within a manufacturing or production environment
17. Attention to detail
18. Organisational skills
Salary
£27,000 - £35,000 per annum
