Depot Connect International is the leading independent UK service provider for tank transport and depot services. We operate over 80 modern tractor units and employ circa 300 people across eight depots.
We’re looking for a highly motivated IT Field Services Coordinator to join our Manchester‑based team. In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on support across our UK depots and remote support for EU locations, playing a key role in driving our IT operations forward.
Pay: Up to £45,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing onsite and remote IT support across UK and EU locations
* Leading on hardware deployments, site‑level standards, and local network troubleshooting
* Supporting the IT Director on strategic projects
* Collaborating with the Helpdesk and technical teams to resolve escalated issues
* Designing and presenting reports/updates to stakeholders as required
* Supporting the Helpdesk team in managing the ticketing queue and assisting with any escalated tickets
About You
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail
* 3+ years’ experience in a technical or IT coordination role
* Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
* A flexible, proactive mindset and willingness to travel
* Degree or equivalent experience
* Fluency in English (Dutch or German a bonus)
