Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £34,034 - £38,056 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: The effective local delivery of a repairs and maintenance service by optimising the performance of operatives and sub-contractors whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
