Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting a pro-active Paralegal at a thriving boutique law firm. They are ideally looking for a driven person with real estate litigation experience.
Real Estate Litigation Paralegal responsibilities:
* Prepare legal documents for real estate litigation cases
* Conduct research on property records and legal issues
* Support attorneys with trial preparation and court filings
* Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties
* Maintain organised case files and documentation
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in real estate litigation and property dispute matters
* A desire to build a long-term career in real estate litigation and grow their expertise
* Previous experience with case management systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks
* Strong attention to detail
