Are you passionate about equine education and ready to lead with purpose? We’re looking for a dedicated Course Manager – Equine to join our team at Askham Bryan College.
In this role, you’ll guide learners through high-quality study programmes, manage curriculum delivery, and support student development across our equine provision. You’ll work closely with the Head of Department to maintain high standards, build strong industry links, and ensure our learners are career-ready.
You’ll be teaching, mentoring, and managing courses—bringing your industry experience and enthusiasm into the classroom. You’ll also play a key role in quality assurance, student welfare, and professional development activities.
What we’re looking for: You’ll need a degree-level qualification, experience in the equine industry, BHS stage 3 Care or above and strong communication skills. A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is essential, along with a flexible, proactive approach to working with students and colleagues.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable, as the role may involve travel across our estate and occasional evening/weekend work.
