Engineering Work Based Tutor
Salary: £26,415-£46,224 (depending on experience)
Location: Derbyshire
Contract Type: Permanent - Part Time/Full Time
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Engineering Work Based Tutor to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of engineers.

Role Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Engineering courses.
* Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
* Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
* Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
* Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
* Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.
Essential Requirements
* A Level 3 qualification in Engineering.
* Extensive industry experience within the Engineering sector.
* Assessor/ verifier qualifications would be advantageous for this role.
* Strong communication and organisation skills.
* A teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards.
