⭐ Estates Manager – January 2026 Start
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 25 hours per week, all year round, Split shift 7:00 – 9:00, 15:00 – 18:00 (Hours may vary)
Salary: Grade 4 SCP 6–11 (£25,989–£28,142 pro rata)
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a proactive and reliable Estates Manager to join a friendly, welcoming educational setting from January 2026. This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining, improving and taking pride in the day to day running of a site.
About the Role
As the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining the buildings, grounds and facilities to a high standard
* Ensuring the site is safe, secure and well-presented
* Carrying out routine maintenance, repairs and practical tasks
* Managing health & safety requirements
* Supporting the smooth running of the site throughout the year
This role requires someone adaptable, organised, and confident working independently.

* Plumbing experience is valuable

* Experienced in maintenance, caretaking, facilities or site management
* Able to use their initiative and solve problems quickly
* Flexible, hands-on and keen to make a positive impact
* Comfortable working in a busy educational environment
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential if you bring the right attitude and skill set.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
