About the Role
You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth progression of residential property transactions, providing essential administrative and secretarial support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring a positive and professional experience
* Draft correspondence, contracts, and property-related documents with precision
* Manage multiple versions of legal documents, ensuring accurate version control and use of tracked changes
* Maintain electronic case files to a high standard, supporting a paper-light working environment
* Ensure all case files meet internal procedures and external regulatory requirements
About You
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* High level of IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with case management systems
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex legal documentation
* Experience in a similar role within residential or commercial property law is advantageous
* A relevant qualification in legal secretarial work or business administration (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) is desirable
* Basic understanding of property-related accounting processes is a plus
