Community Support Worker – £150 Welcome Bonus
We are looking for compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team in Leyland, Penwortham, Walton Le Dale, Euxton, Lostock Hall, Bamber Bridge, Chorley and more. You will usually be based in one area to provide consistency and continuity for both yourself and the people you support. You don’t need to have previous experience; you just need to bring the right values and can build your skills with on‑the‑job training and plenty of opportunities to progress.
Responsibilities
* Follow each client’s care plan
* Assist with all aspects of personal care, including washing and dressing
* Assist with meal preparation
* Assist with toileting
* Assist clients with their mobility using equipment provided
* Assist with daily living tasks
* Assist with medication management
* Provide companionship
Qualifications & Requirements
* Must be 18 or over to apply (insurance purposes)
* Must be able to work alternate weekends
* Must undertake an enhanced DBS check
* Must have own transport
Shifts & Availability
* Morning shifts – 7:00 am to 1:00/2:00 pm
* Evening shifts – 3:00/4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
* All shifts include alternate weekends
Pay & Benefits
* £13.70 per hour
* Advance payment scheme (mid‑month advance of wages)
* £150 welcome bonus after qualifying period
