Job Description We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, ensuring outstanding service standards, maximising revenue opportunities, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. What You'll Be Doing Managing the daily operation of the hotel restaurant and associated dining services. Leading, motivating, and developing a team of restaurant and bar staff. Ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times. Managing staff rotas, recruitment, training, and performance. Monitoring sales, labour costs, and departmental budgets. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety compliance. Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally and efficiently. Working closely with the Head Chef and senior management team to deliver a first-class dining experience. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a hotel or quality restaurant environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Commercial awareness with experience managing costs and budgets. A hands-on approach and the ability to perform well under pressure. Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and hospitality best practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
