We have partnered with a leading UK FM provider in seeking a experienced QSHE Manager to head up the Quality, Health and Safety & Compliance risk of an exciting contract. This role is all about safeguarding our operations, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement — while enabling our teams to deliver excellent service in a safe, sustainable way.
You’ll be the key link between our operational teams, client stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring that every site meets rigorous quality standards, risk controls are in place, and safety is front of mind at all times.
You will based in Coventry with travel across the UK to other sites.
What You’ll Do

Develop, maintain, and oversee quality management systems tailored to the contract.

Lead on risk identification, mitigation strategies, and incident investigation.
*
Promote a proactive safety culture, providing guidance, training, and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.

Conduct regular audits and inspections, reporting findings and implementing corrective actions.
*
Collaborate with both client and internal stakeholders to align operational delivery with contractual requirements.
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience in quality, safety, or risk management within facilities management, utilities, or similar sectors
*
Strong working knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO standards.
*
Ability to influence, coach, and guide operational teams toward best practice.
*
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
*
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Auditor) are highly desirable.
