We’re supporting a well‑established organisation in the manufacturing and digital communications sector to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator / HR Advisor to join their busy HR shared-services team.
This role plays a key part in delivering a wide range of HR activities, supporting managers across recruitment, onboarding, HR data management, employee relations, and policy compliance.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintaining accurate HRIS data, reporting and compliance
* Advising managers on HR policies, performance, resourcing and absence
* Supporting employee relations meetings where needed
* Delivering inductions and training (including compliance/ISO topics)
* Contributing to policy reviews, projects and HR process improvements
* Liaising with external partners such as OH, benefits providers, and agencies
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a similar HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role
* Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
* Strong HR administration and HRIS skills
* Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to analyse data, produce reports, and work logically under time pressure
* Experience in manufacturing or digital environments is beneficial
