Job Overview
As an Account Manager for LKQ Bodyshop, you will be specifically accountable for delivering exceptional customer service across our branch network’s existing and potential customer base, while maximising profitable sales of paint, consumables, aftermarket parts, tools, and equipment and services. As an industry expert, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships in your targeted territory.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver LKQ Bodyshop proposition to grow sales of paint, consumables, parts, tools, equipment, and services.
* Create strong leads and opportunities for all of LKQ Euro Car Parts group channels, ensuring compliance across all marketing and promotional activity internally and externally.
* Identify and develop existing, lapsed, and new business opportunities within specific geographical areas.
* Conduct customer account reviews regularly, focusing on monthly spend, margin, credits, terms, and key product group opportunities.
* Manage and reduce impressed stock within the customer base.
* Manage Customer Stock via HAWK or Autostock – organize monthly/annual stock counts.
* Support brand and approval strategy.
* Work alongside Area Sales Manager to identify key areas of business development.
* Develop positive and professional relationships with internal stakeholders while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket.
* Act as a key member of the business development team, demonstrating standards, behaviors, and values to drive teamwork.
* Participate in regional customer events and attend training.
* Promote LKQ Euro Car Parts group values and act as an ambassador.
