Role Brief
Hartley Botanic is seeking an enthusiastic Social Media (SM) Assistant with knowledge of SM platforms and content creation, preferably with experience in luxury brands and mature customer bases.
The SM Assistant plays a vital role in our marketing plans, managing all aspects of social media including daily content delivery across platforms, planning content creation, and supporting the analysis of our success through Google Analytics and reporting. Creativity, flexibility, and customer-centric approach are essential.
The main goal is to generate new profitable customer leads through engaging content and organic SM strategies, increasing our reach, brand awareness, customer engagement, and website traffic.
This office-based role at Greenfield involves working closely with the Head of Marketing, with responsibilities including content creation, trend monitoring, SM scheduling, and reporting on engagement and leads. You will also handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain current and historical content.
Main duties and responsibilities
1. Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for our social media platforms, with regular scheduled posts promoting our brand.
2. Coordinate SM messaging with the wider Marketing Department for consistency.
3. Collaborate with the marketing agency and other departments to develop SM timelines aligned with product launches, advertising campaigns, or other brand initiatives.
4. Analyze SM campaigns to report on new leads, visitor data, engagement, and identify areas for improvement.
5. Monitor and report on competitors' SM activities.
