We are currently working in partnership with a large-scale Housing association based in Hampshire, who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC.
This will be a full-time position based in Hampshire, with hybrid working 2 days working from home and a salary of £30,000 - £32,500 per annum.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for managers and assist with the initial stages of employee relations cases, offering quality advice and support where necessary.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Supporting the HR Business Partners in planning ER meetings, arranging dates, booking rooms, and preparing relevant documentation
* Undertaking administration for the HR Business Partners, including preparing hearing notes, drafting letters, and generating reports
* Acting as a first line response to ER-related queries and escalating risks to the HR Business Partners
* Ensuring informal ER processes are followed, escalating cases for formal action where necessary
* Scrutinising HR data, producing analysis, and highlighting trends to the HR Business Partners
* Maintaining HR records and ensuring confidentiality and data protection principles are upheld
