About the role:

* Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Leeds
* Work with Primary and/or Secondary schools
* Ideal candidates have a strong recruitment or sales background; cross-sector training into education available (Catering, Industrial, Construction, etc.)
* Join one of the most successful education recruitment offices in Leeds with a supportive yet fast-paced environment

What you'll be doing:

* Generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships
* Advertising roles and managing candidate pipelines
* Arranging interviews and placing candidates in both short- and long-term roles
* Contract negotiations and ongoing customer service for schools and education professionals

What we're looking for:

1. Proven success in recruitment or sales roles
