2. Working for a well known European Bank, based in their Guildford office.

About Our Client

This opportunity is with a well-established Banking organisation within the financial services sector. As a medium-sized enterprise, the company is dedicated to providing comprehensive banking and financial solutions to a diverse client base across Surrey from this office, and internationally from it's other offices.

Job Description

3. Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking clients in the Surrey area - deals are typically between £0.5 - 20 Million, and the portfolio is currently sitting at 45 customers
4. Provide strategic financial advice and bespoke banking solutions to meet client needs
5. Assess clients for their Credit worthiness, and ongoing credit needs / stress testing
6. Identify opportunities for business growth and proactively engage new clients.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management requirements.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service.
9. Prepare and present detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
11. Foster long-term professional relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Banking Manager should have:

12. A strong background in corporate banking within the financial services industry
13. Used to working with SME corporate clients on deals ranging from £0.5-20 Million
14. Create and stress test company credit worthiness reports
15. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
16. Excellent analytical skills to assess financial data and market trends.
17. A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
18. Strong communication and presentation skills.
19. A proactive approach to business development and client acquisition
20. 4 Days in the office hybrid model.
