Multi Skilled Plumber – TieTalent
Location: Oldham
Salary: £32,829, increasing to £34,557 upon successful completion of 6-month probation
Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for providing a first class plumbing service to all our customers in their homes.
* You will assist with providing a first class plumbing service in respect of the maintenance of all domestic sanitary appliances i.e. bathrooms, sinks, taps, drainage, etc., to all our homes, maintaining a high standard of workmanship in the homes in your area.
* Ensure that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety.
* Have good organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy and reactive workload.
* Demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude.
* Demonstrate reliability, initiative, ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
* You will communicate with customers and colleagues effectively.
* Treating our homes with respect and maintain high standards of health and safety and reporting any concerns to your line manager.
* You will look after the equipment provided to you keeping it in clean and fit working condition.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
* A full clean driving licence to be able to drive a Great Places Van
* Ability to work as part of a team or on your own
* Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines
* Similar experience ideal but not essential
* Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude
* A flexible approach to the working day
* You will need to be able to drive a Great Places Van

For the purposes of our van fleet insurance, you must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience with a full UK driving licence, be over the age of 21, and complete an online driver monitoring assessment prior to starting your role. If you are under 21 but have 2 years driving experience, you would be required to complete an online driver monitoring assessment and additional in-vehicle assessment funded by Great Places.
