Due to continued growth and success, the firm is now looking to appoint an EL/PL Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding team. You'll manage your own caseload of pre- and post‑litigation matters while working within a supportive environment that offers genuine long‑term career development.
The Role
* Manage your own caseload of EL/PL claims (pre and post litigation)
* Progress files from initial instruction through to conclusion
* Draft witness statements and key legal documentation
* Review expert evidence and medical reports
* Instruct medical experts and counsel
* Attend conferences, hearings and trials where required
* Assess quantum and make settlement offers
* Deliver excellent client care throughout the claims process
* This is an excellent opportunity to build your litigation expertise within a highly regarded claimant PI team
About You
* Experience managing a caseload of EL/PL claims
* Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
* Litigation experience preferred but not essential
* Able to manage deadlines and prioritise a varied workload
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Excellent communication and client care ability
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
