Vacancy: Lunch Time Supervisor Location: Great Barr, Handsworth, Erdington and Surrounding Areas Hours: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday Term Time Only Monarch Education is seeking a professional and dedicated Lunch Time Supervisor to work in Primary Schools across North Birmingham. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, supervision, and wellbeing of pupils during their lunchtime period. Key Responsibilities: Supervise children during their lunch break to ensure a safe and orderly environment. Assist with the distribution of meals and monitor proper behavior during lunch hours. Promote positive social interactions and encourage good manners among pupils. Address minor conflicts or behavioural issues calmly and effectively, following school policies. Ensure the safety of all children, including managing any emergencies or incidents in accordance with school procedures. Maintain a high standard of safeguarding and promote the welfare of all pupils at all times. Candidate Requirements: Prior experience working with children is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, patient, and approachable in a busy environment. Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child welfare. Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
