A highly respected, successful IFA practice in the Stoke have been acquired by a leading regional firm. As such, they are looking for an adviser to join them to take over an existing portfolio of HNW clients. There is c. £150m AUM to manage with most clients across all ages/life phases. Clients are broadly in the c.£300k plus space. Clients are primarily in Staffordshire and Shropshire. All paraplanning and administration will be provided, allowing you to focus on provided exceptional client service.

The Role
* Portfolio reviews with existing clients.
* Working with the business owner to transition clients across.
* Identifying other needs for clients, as well as any referrals possible
* Maintaining up to date and compliant client files in conjunction with the technical team.
* Keeping up to date CPD
* Actively seeking out new client opportunities as required
The candidate
* Diploma Level 4 as a minimum, ideally working towards Chartered
* Ability to manage and maximise portfolios, in line with TCF and FCA requirements
* Knowledge of general planning and also ideally VCT, EIS and IHT matter.
* Use of Cash Flow modelling, ideally Voyant, would be beneficial but not essential
