A vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager (Google Workspace) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Newport, Stevenage or Portsmouth to join our Digital team.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for the reliability, availability and security of Google Workspace services in the UK.
* Perform ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
* Ensure that service agreements with the provider are observed and concluded.
* Analyse service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and user feedback to propose and implement improvement actions, and increase the level of customer satisfaction.
* Manage and report on the planned operating budget.
* Contribute to the definition of new products and services with the project teams.
Qualifications
* Experience in operational activities in provider and service management.
* Experience in IT infrastructure and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office 365 products & services.
* Experience in security products (e.g. McAfee, Stormshield, Netskope) would be a plus.
* Service and customer experience oriented. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
