About the Role:
We're looking for a
Head of Contracts
to lead and expand the Contracts division – with a primary focus on the
EU market
across high-growth sectors like
Life Sciences
and
Data Centres
. You'll be stepping into a business currently driven by perm placements, with 100+ contractors already on the books – and the full support to take this division to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Take ownership of the Contracts function, with autonomy to grow and lead the division
* Build out the EU contracts market, leveraging existing demand and infrastructure
* Lead from the front – billing, mentoring, and eventually building out a team
* Work closely with senior leadership to shape growth strategy and hiring plans
* Operate within a well-supported environment – compliance, finance, and back office are fully in place

commission structure up to 50%
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in
contract recruitment
, ideally in
Life Sciences
or
Data Centres
* Strong understanding of the
EU market
– this is essential
* Either an existing
Contract Manager
or a
Senior Consultant
ready to step up into leadership
* Ambition to build and scale a team, while remaining hands-on with billing
* Resilient, commercially savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
* Flexible for a mostly office-based role (hybrid Wednesdays available once established)
