We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and energetic Support Workers to join our creative and dynamic team in Inverness!

You’ll be supporting a fantastic young man with with his everyday support needs, using a tailored, person-centred care plan designed just for him. Our team works closely together to ensure his safety, wellbeing, and aspirational goals are always at the heart of everything we do.

🕒 Hours & Shift Pattern
We provide support 7 days a week and have full-time and part-time roles available, with the following shift pattern:
33. 8am – 10pm (day shift)
34. 10pm – 7am (sleepover)
35. 7am – 8am (handover/support) - this shift is worked by the sleepover staff member
We require flexibility to work on different days for this role, including some weekends.
