Are you highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy supporting senior stakeholders and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? If yes, our Commercial Team Administrator position might be the right next move for you.


Your Purpose

You’ll support a busy Commercial Department by coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and ensuring reports and deadlines are delivered on time. You’ll assist with planning key events, preparing trading reports for senior leaders, and organising regular meetings.

You’ll also support internal communications and help manage our partnership with the British Heart Foundation, ensuring requests and activities align with company values.


Your Strengths

You will be highly organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

In addition, you will have solid administrative experience, be confident managing diaries and coordinating across teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and take ownership of your work while handling deadlines and sensitive information with professionalism.

* Competitive / Up to £27,000.00 Salary & Annual Bonus
* Contributory pension scheme
* Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service
