Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires creativity, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic social media plans tailored to each client’s goals.
2. Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding.
3. Work closely with designers and video editors to create compelling content.
4. Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and viral content strategies.
5. Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand reach and engagement.
6. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
7. Maintain an organised workflow, ensuring timely execution of tasks in a fast-moving agency.
Requirements
1. At least one year of experience in a social media marketing agency (preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience.
3. Experience managing social media for brands across different industries and sectors.
4. Passion for marketing, branding, and content ideation.
5. Familiarity with influencer marketing and digital campaign execution.
6. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
