POSITION OVERVIEW

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Director of Alliances for the EMEA to lead and scale our most strategic partner relationships across the region. This is a senior commercial leadership role within the ACE (Alliances, Channels & Ecosystem) organization, responsible for driving sourced and influenced revenue through GSI, regional SI, and channel partners — while ensuring our top accounts are supported by the right partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a builder's mindset, executive-level presence, anda track recordof turning partner programs intomeasurablepipeline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Own the EMEA partner P&Ldriving sourced and influenced revenue across GSI, regional SI, reseller, and managed-services partners.

2. Build and deepen executive relationshipswith Accenture, Deloitte, and other strategic partnersoperatingin the Americas theater.

3. Co-develop joint GTM planswith top partners —aligning onshared accounts, pipeline targets, co-sell plays, and marketing investments.

4. Ensure partner coverage across strategic accountsincluding Fortune 500 customers in financial services, technology, retail, and healthcare.

5. Work cross-functionallywith Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to drive partner-influenced NRR and expansion within existing accounts.

6. Lead partner QBRsperformance reviews, and tiering decisions — including keep/review/exit assessments across the partner portfolio.

7. Recruit, onboard, and enable new partnerswith a clear framework for ramp, enablement, and success milestones.

8. Build and develop a high-performing teamof regional alliance managers across EMEA theaters.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

9. 10+ years of experiencein alliances, channel sales, or partnership leadership — ideally within enterprise SaaS or CX technology.

10. Proventrack recordof generating $50M+ in partner-sourced or partner-influenced ARR in a prior role.

11. Deep relationshipswith senior stakeholders at the major GSIs and regional SIsoperatingin EMEA.

12. Executive presence and commercial acumenwith the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.

13. Data-drivenoperatorwho can build a partner scorecard, manage pipeline rigor, and report to the C-suite with clarity.

14. Experience leading teamsacross multiple geographies and time zones;priorVP-level leadership preferred.

15. Familiarity with Sprinklr's marketor adjacent domains (CX,CCaaS, social, marketing technology) is a strong plus.

The EMEA alliance function is central to our next phase of growth, and this VP will have the mandate, the executive support, and the resources to build something significant.You'llhave direct access to senior leadership, a seat at the GTM table, and the opportunity to shape how Sprinklr wins in the market through partners.
