We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Paralegal to support our Legal team across Europe. This role is ideal for an early-career legal professional looking to build foundational experience in corporate, commercial, and regulatory legal work within a dynamic, international organization. The Paralegal will provide administrative and operational support to attorneys while gaining exposure to cross-border legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal & Administrative Support
1. Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and contract administration
2. Support the drafting, formatting, and review of standard legal documents, agreements, and correspondence
3. Maintain and organize legal files, templates, and records in accordance with company policies
4. Track deadlines, approvals, and signatures to ensure timely execution of legal documents
Contract & Compliance Support
5. Support contract lifecycle management, including intake, routing, and archival
6. Assist with compliance tracking, audits, and internal reporting requirements
7. Help coordinate responses to internal legal requests and routine inquiries
Cross-Functional Collaboration
8. Liaise with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to gather information and support legal workflows
9. Support international matters by coordinating documentation across multiple European jurisdictions
Process & Operational Support
10. Assist with improving legal processes, templates, and document management systems
11. Support the Legal team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Required
12. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent education/experience)
13. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfort working with document management systems
16. Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
17. French and/or German language skills (reading and writing preferred; conversational a plus)
Preferred / Nice to Have
18. Internship or prior experience in a legal, compliance, or corporate environment
19. Familiarity with contract management or legal operations tools
20. Interest in corporate, commercial, or international law
