We are investing in our services and facilities, including a £10 million upgrade to the maternity unit, a £49 million Emergency Assessment Centre at Wexham Park, and a new £100 million hospital replacing Heatherwood Hospital. Further investments in diagnostics and inpatient capacity at Frimley Park are planned.

Significant investments in quality improvement and digital programmes support our vision, including the recent implementation of our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, Epic, which went live in June.

Our core values—Committed to Excellence, Working Together, and Facing the Future—guide our actions and set expectations for staff in their interactions with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
