As a Deputy Care Operations Manager (DCOM), you will support, mentor, and lead teams to deliver high-quality care and ensure the safety and dignity of individuals during transport. You will model quality care, manage operational performance, and promote values that distinguish the organisation.

This isn’t just a driving job — it’s about accompanying patients with care, dignity, and compassion through their most difficult transitions.
