Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, KT9 2NE
Hours: Shift times vary between 06:00 – 15:00 & 12:00 – 21:00 and will include weekends and bank holidays. This is a seasonal role, with a contract end date of 16th November.

Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Park Presentations Team Leader to join our Operations team
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Park Cleaning team on a day-to-day basis. You will ensure that a clear plan is written at the beginning of each day and that resources are allocated correctly so that both guest facing and back of house areas are cleaned and maintained to above industry standards.
Reporting to the Park Cleaning Manager, you will work alongside other Duty Managers to take appropriate action based off of our guest feedback and KPI's. You will drive a guest obsessed culture amongst the team, acting as a role model for the team to follow.
You will also be expected to have a natural affinity with guests, assisting them with any Resort queries they may have.
This is a physically demanding role, that will require a lot of walking, use of chemicals and heavy lifting.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn
* Great attention to detail is a must.
* Can do attitude and willingness to work hard.
* Good understanding of the Resort.
* Previous management experience is preferable but not required.
Due to the nature of this role you must be over 18 years of age
