An established and growing care provider is seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to support large residential and nursing homes across its Midlands portfolio.
This is a pivotal role focused on enabling Home Managers to achieve strong operational, quality and commercial outcomes. The Regional Support Manager will act as a supportive peer, working alongside Home Managers to drive performance, strengthen compliance and deliver high quality care.
The Regional Support Manager will provide hands on support tailored to the specific needs of each home. While the role is not designed to replace the Home Manager, there may be occasions where temporary management cover is required.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits and support the embedding of quality assurance frameworks
Support preparation for CQC inspections and Local Authority audits
Assist with safeguarding matters, complaints management, investigations and disciplinary processes
Drive Continuous Improvement Plans to maintain and achieve 'Good' ratings
Interpret compliance data and provide targeted support to drive improvement
Support integration of newly acquired services and governance implementation
Requirements:
Experienced Home Manager with multi-site experience.
L5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent, RN with current NMC pin highly desirable
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations; familiarity with the new framework is desirable
Commercially aware with a strong understanding of occupancy, fees and cost control
Confident IT user, including Excel and digital care planning/eMAR systems
Flexible and self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing as part of a wider team
Willing and able to travel nationally

Salary:
